Our mission is to aid Military Veterans, Emergency Responders, and their loved ones. We provide a holistic, inclusive approach to recovery, supporting all pathways to achieve a warrior’s goals.
We are a nationwide peer-based model for support and aid towards self-advocacy and community service. Our network of Peer Specialists at Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) are certified by a state governing body, or are working towards the requirements to satisfy certification, supervised by an experienced and credentialed Recovery Peer Specialist and/or Licensed Clinician.

Our inpatient Veterans addiction treatment center chooses to serve only veterans because we have a long history of working with those suffering from addiction and the impacts of PTS and MST experienced while serving in the military. Created by Veterans for Veterans, Heroes’ Mile can help with a variety of addiction and psychological problems, including drug abuse, alcohol abuse, post-traumatic stress and military sexual trauma.
